      Right now this is the slowest operation in production:

      LastReadPostHibernateDao::markAllRead
Average Duration: 10,640.998
Min Duration: 2,036.996
Max Duration: 22,543.201

      This needs to be improved. Maybe moving to the same approach as for Global Mark All As Read.
