Steps to reproduce
- Go to Jcommune;
- Press Login to open Login dialog;
- Minimize browser window so it becomes less than Login dialog;
Actual result
Login dialog "jump" in left top corner so user can't fill it.
Expected result
Login dialog became smaller or scroll bar appears, user should have ability to fill in Login data.
Note, there is the same problem with registration dialog form.
