Validation errors in admin mode

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Log in and go to main page.
      2. Go to admin mode
      3. Copy source code of page and paste it on http://validator.w3.org and validate page

      Actual result
      Validator shows 12 errors

      Expected result
      There is no errors

            Artem R as far as I see from your report, there are errors in admin mode, too so, I'd say reopen this issue and correct the summary. But from other side, masyan will fix it and he does't like reopens and the branch permission page is still in development, please add a comment into corresponding issue (JC-1724)
            So please create a separate issue for this problems and add it into 2.5 iteration

            Maksim Reshetov now we have validation error on main page in admin mode:

            A table row was 1 columns wide, which is less than the column count established by the first row (3).

            Is it cause by story JC-1724 or we can fix it in this issue?
