      Topic movement is strange on the mobile UI.

      Steps to reproduce
      Open a topic and try to move it.

      Actual result
      See attachment

      Expected result
      It was decided to leave comboboxes in topic movement DLG, but I propose to modify mobile UI slightly. For details see attached Topic_movement.png
