Tomcat's default picture

Need change favicon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon). Now use default tomcat's favicon, may be better change it on 1 or 2 (look on the screenshot)

Icons 1 and 2 are Jira icons. We cannot use them without a permission. Moreover, they are completely unrelated to jcommune. We probably need to develop our own favicon.
