Steps:
- Go to some topic and click on Create Topic button
- leave topic's title and message empty, but fill Poll's fields: name, several options
- Click on Preview button
AR: Validation error for topic and Poll preview are shown in the same time
ER: No preview is shown if there are validation errors
If you enter valid text into message content after 3rd step and click Preview button again, Preview will be shown without Poll part.

Pre-condition:
User is logged in and has permission to create topic
Go to some branch
- Go to some topic and click on Create Topic button
- leave topic's title and message empty, but fill Poll's fields: name, several options
- Click on Preview button
AR=ER: Preview is'n shown, there are validation errors
Regression tests:
