It is impossible to add a max length text (20000 symbols) inside a bb-code tag while creating topic.

Precondition:

• user should be logged in at forum.

Test scenario:

1. Go to any branch and press New Topic button.
2. Name the topic.
3. Press any bb-code tag button and paste text from attached file (20000.txt).
4. Press Save button.

AR: Warning about min/max length of the text showed.
ER: Topic saved.

Same problem exists at the answer field and preview mode.
