Delete date of user registration in user public details under avatar on topic page.

As a user, I don't need extra user data at the topic page uander my avatar, so that I want:

delete date of user registration in user public details under avatar on topic page (see an attachment),
date of registration could stay at the user's profile page,
user location should be delete from public details also
