      Description

      As user I want to see quoted text right it my dialog for creating new post.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • clicking on Quote leads to moving focus to Create topic dialog;
      • quoted text is shown in Create topic dialog (using Quote bb-code)
      • if you already start to type something, quoted text should be inserted after it
