            Hi, all!
As I know Android default browser does not support "overflow" property in css. IOS has own "-webkit-overflow-scrolling" property, but Android does not. It means all the pop-ups modal windows should not display scrollbars because of this.
Here the link where this information is mensioned: http://www.androidannoyances.com/post/51
I will try to implement a custom scrollbar but I can not say now will it work or not. And in this case it will have a view not like in Chrome Android browser. Moreover I am afraid that it will not work, if all custom solutions use "overflow" property, because stock Android brouse change all values from "overflow" property to "hidden". I mean if we have "overflow: scroll" it will be "overflow: hidden". As you can read from previous link it is bug, but I am not sure that Google wiil fix it, because they promote Google Chrome as a main browser for all devices.
Also, [~Andrey S.], can you provide me links from you research about scrollbars in default brauser for vk.com, google+, wiki etc?
            BR,

Yura Ivanov thanks for your research, great job.
There are no specific links to some articles related with vk.com and etc. that can help to solve this issue.
I only tested those resources on my mobile device to check scroll bars.
So according https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=2911 and https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=2911 this is old Android bug and there is no straight an general solution for it.
I am not sure should we provide some workaround fixing for it that can affect negatively on UI in other browser.
As for me, I would close this issue as can't be fixed, besides according our Statistic we have very small % of Android default browser users and leave this issue to Android doesn't make much harm.
Stanislav Bashkyrtsev what do you think?
