      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Go to http://javatalks.ru/.
      2. Hover mouse over the links 'Articles', 'Offline conference' and 'Jtalks opensource' at the top left corner.

      AR: Truncated tooltip. Tooltip is overlapping other items.

      ER: Tooltip should be displayed correctly under the links.

      Continue from the 1 step.

      3. Click on any topic (e.x. the first one) to open.

      AR:
      1. Inconsistency between font sizes in strings "Posts", "Views", "Last message" at topics table.
      2. Inconsistency between fonts of '<' and '>' characters and page numbers.

      ER: All fonts should be displayed correctly.
