Unified URL template for jtalks resource

Current forum hierarchy:

Current URL template: n/a

Problem

• current URL has non-unified presentation;
• adding new hierarchy level may cause to controller and JSP refactoring.

Temporary solution

• use the /resource/id, /resource/id/delete /resource/id/edit URL templates for all new resource;
• do not forget add breadcrumbs to new view.
