Jcommune not encrypts passwords before sending registration request to poulpe

      Description

      Preconditions:
      1. Poulpe auth plugin should be enabled
      2. Poulpe and Jcommune should work with different databases
      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open forum as anonymous
      2. Press "Sign up" button
      3. Enter correct user data
      4. Press "Sing up" button
      5. Find newly created user in poulpe database

      AR: user unencrypted user password stored
      ER: md5 hash of password stored

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. JC-1850 Error while user try to login via poulpe
