"Preview" button doesn't work in private messages

      Description

      Preconditions:
      You should have SEND_PRIVATE_MESSAGES permission

      Steps:

      1. Go to User menu->Messages
      2. Press "Compose" button
      3. Enter something in all text fields
      4. Press "Preview" button

      AR: Nothing happened
      ER: Preview message is shown

      Note: "Preview" button work correctly in topics
