I18N for popup window to "link to post"

Scenario 1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open forum main page -> go to the branch
2. Choose the topic -> choose the Ukrainian language
3. Click “Link to this post”
   AR: Popup window is not translated. There is only English variant: Copy link to clipboard.
   ER: There should be “Скопіювати посилання до буфера обміну”.

Scenario 2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open forum main page -> go to the branch
2. Choose the topic -> choose the Russian language
3. Click “Link to this post”
   AR: Popup window is not translated. There is only English variant: Copy link to clipboard.
   ER: There should be ”Скопировать ссылку в буфер обмена”.

Scenario 3

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open forum main page -> go to the branch
2. Choose the topic -> choose the Spanish language
3. Click “Link to this post”
   AR: Popup window is not translated. There is only English variant: Copy link to clipboard.
