      Description

      Pre condition:
      1. Sign in
      2. Choose language (EN or SPA)
      3. Open 'Create topic' page

      Steps:
      1. Do not fill any fields
      2. Click 'Save' button

      AR: Hints under title and content appeared starting with lowercase letter.

      ER: Hints start with uppercase letter as any other normal sentence.
