      Step to reproduce:
      1. Open forum main page -> Click Sign in
      2. Click Forgot password then Send button

      AR: Error message is shown near Email field
      ER: Error message is shown under Email field

      Note: Error message is shown near Email field if only choose Ukrainian or English language
