      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open forum main page
      2. Open any branch
      3. Mouse over the date in the Last message column

      AR: There is no tooltip
      ER: Tooltip is shown (see examples below in the table)

      For tooltip over the date in the Last message column I suggest the following text for all languages:

      1 English View the latest post
      2 Ukrainian Перейти до останнього повідомлення
      3 Russian Перейти к последнему сообщению
