Focus moved to Topic title if other fields fill incorrect data

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to branch
2. Create topic
3. Add incorrect data in some field (Message content, Poll, Option list)
4. Save topic

AR: Focus moved to Topic title field
ER: Focus is in error message, so user can see it quickly
