Admin users displayed with grey color instead of red

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login on forum as admin
      2. Scroll page down

      Actual result: Administrators and moderators are displayed grey color.
      Expected result: Administrators must be displayed red color, moderators - green.

      note, that admin name is red on mouse over it
      note, it works as exepected on preprod (v.2.11), so it was introduced in current iteration
