      Description

      User should be log in and have permision for questions

      Steps:
      1) Select spanish language
      2) Click on button "Nueva Tema"
      3) Select "Realiza una pregunta"

      AR: Appears tooltip "¿Necesitas una respuesta o explicación?"
      ER: Should appears tooltip "Necesitas una respuesta o explicación?"

            Larisa am I right, that the issue is about the question mark on the beginning od the sentence& if yes, it is a feature of spanish language
