"Forum" link redirects user to the section page instead of the home

      Description

      Steps:
      1. Go to JCommune forum
      2. Open any branch (example: http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/branches/8)
      3. Click link "Forum"

      AR: Section page (http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/sections) is shown
      ER: Forum main page (http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/) is opened

      Notes: This bug causes the error 400 when changing language on section page
