Light bulb next to the topic name: redirection to the post functionality

      Description

      As a user I want to be able to open new unread messages as quickly as possible.
      So, I'd like to use the light bulb icon as a link to last post/last unread post

      Acceptance Criteria:
      1. Light bulb is ON:

      • Topic has unread posts
      • Clicking on the bulb redirects the user to the first (earliest) unread post

      2. Light bulb is OFF:

      • Topic has no unread posts
      • Clicking on the bulb redirects the user to the last post
