Wrong name the links "subscribe" in Russian on branch and topic pages.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to branch page
      2. Change language to Russian

      Actual result: "Subscribe" link has "Подписаться на обновления" label.
      Expected result: link title has the same lenght as in English, just "Подписаться".

      Note: the same problem can be reproduced on topic page
