Simplified confirmation of user registration by email

In order to fully use our site, the user is required to confirm his registration by e-mail. To make it easier for the user, we will do part of his job by themselves. Offering him a link to his mail to confirm his registration.

Acceptance criteria:

• make a group for "intermediate" users, which will permit to use most of main functions of forum until no registration confirmation
• display in the center of a screen a large link to the post service of user
• link must be on the same domain of e-mail which the user is using
• get the address and name of the mail address using email, which the user informed us during registration
