Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to some branch with permission to create topics and click on 'New Topic' button in drop-down menu.
2. Fill out "Topic title" field with text that includes long string without spaces but of valid length for ex:
wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
3. Fill out "Description" field with the valid data.
4. Click on "Save" button.
Actual results: Long string in title is not splitted into the lines and goes beyond title field border.
Expected results: Long string should be splitted into the lines properly.
Bug is reproduced also in "Code Review" and "Q&A" topics' titles.
