      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open previously created Q&A topic by anonymous user
      2. Select Ukrainian language
      3. Observe the page for correct translation of all changing inscriptions and tooltips

      Actual result: The date of question/answer creation, tooltip of user's link and inscriptions "answers" and "Now are browsing this topic" are not translated See picture
      Expected result: All inscriptions and tooltips are translated in Ukrainian
