      Steps to reproduce

      1. User1 with CREATE_QUESTIONS permission subscribe on Branch and create Q&A topic type in Branch
      2. User2 with CREATE_POSTS permission left Answer in Q&A topic of User1
      3. User1 receive email notification about updates and click on the link of last Answer

      Actual result: Q&A topic type opens as ordinary topic type and Answer displayed as Post
      Expected result: Q&A topic type opens with focused last Answer

      Note: the same behaviour on go throught the last message link from branch page/main page/etc. : Q&A topic opens as discussion
