Wrong insert of external link in bb-code in Opera 12

Steps to reproduce :

1. Open branch in Forum and select "New Topic" or "Ask Question" from drop-down menu of "Topic".
2. Click on the bb-code button "Insert link" before typing any symbols in post (question, answer).
3. Type any valid url (e.g. mail.ru) in 'URL link' field and click 'OK' button.

AR: Entry(address) is inserted inside url-tags (like [url=maimail.ru[/url]l.ru], [url=mail.rumail.ru[/url]]).
ER: Address is beetwen url-tags and message in text area looks as: [url=mail.ru]mail.ru[/url]

Note: if cursor isn't in 1st position of post (question, answer) result is as expected.
