      Description

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Open new topic creation page
      2. Fill "Title" field with valid data and leave "Message content" field empty
      3. Press "Save" button

      Actual result
      All fields have red highlighting

      Expected result
      Only "Message content" field should be highlighted

      Note
      Bug is reproducing for all fields (i.e. if any filed is invalid - all fields are highlighted), for all topic types, profile fields and registration form on separate page (/user/new)
