Steps to Reproduce:

Go to created QA topic with answer as User1 and click on vote down button
The total votes sum is changed (-1). Color of negative votes is red
logina as Users 2, go to this Q/A topic and click on vote down button
The total votes sum is changed (-2). Color of negative votes is red
Click on vote up button as User2
The total votes sum is changed (0). Color of negative votes is black
Click on vote down button as User2

AR: Color of negative votes is black.
ER: Color of negative votes is red without refreshing.

Note:
The color of votes is changed when you refresh page.
The same behavior is in positive voting.
