Profile: All security page text fields become highlighted when new password or confirm are invalid

All security page text fields (current password, new password, new password confirm) become highlighted when validation of new password / new password confirmation failed.

Steps:

1. Open security page in user's profile
2. Type correct current password
3. Type 51 characters long new password
4. Type the same new password into confirmation text field

AR: All text fields become highlighted and validation error message appears under the new password text field
ER: New password and confirmation text fields become highlighted and validation error appears under new password text field

Note: The same result appears when all fields valid but new password confirmation is not identical to the new password.
