Search doesn't work with cyrillic symbols

      Description

      How to repeat:
      1. Enter any cyrillic symbols to the Search field and press <Enter>.

      Actual Result
      1. Strange symbols appear in the Search field.
      2. Nothing is found.

      Expected Result
      1. Search request displayed in the Search field as entered.
      2. Search results are relevant to the request.

      Seems to be a configuration issue of preprod server and hinders testing seach scenarious.
