Posts' button are crossed while cursor hovering over it in Firefox.

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open topic in some branch.
      2. Move cursor over buttons in top right corner of post ('Edit', 'Delete', 'Link', "Quote', 'Answer').

      AR: Button is crossed by white horizontal line in top part, rounded corners of 'delete', 'quote' button disappear. This is noticed in every posts in Q/A topics, through one post in ordinary topics (buttons in 1st, 3rd, 5th... posts are crossed, in 2nd, 4th, 6th - aren't).
      ER: Button is getting darkened.
