Unique id for topic headers in HTML markup of the branch page

      Description

      Currently it's problem to compose a reliable CSS or XPath expression to get the list of topics present on the branch page (/branches/<ID>).
      It would make load scripts (and probably functional tests) easier if h2 element (look at pict attached) has a unique id.
