Incorect Unsubscribe link in e-mail notification for actions on subscribed topics

User can subscribe on topics, but user receive email notifications with unsubscribe link that lead to branch, not to topic.
Bug confirmed for Topics, Q&A, Code reviews for actions: moving, deleting.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as 2 registered users in to JCommune in different browsers. User1 has permissions: VIEW_TOPIC, CREATE_QUESTION, CREATE_POSTS, CREATE_CODE_REVIEW. User2 has all permissions.
2. Disable auto-subscription in profile of User1.
3. As User 1 create topic/Q&A/Code Review.
4. Subscribe as User 1 to topic. Check there is no subscription to branch where topic was created (or where it will be moved)
5. Go as User 2 to created topic and delete it / move to any another branch.
6. As User 1 click "Unsubscribe from such notifications" link in received e-mail notification letter.

AR (for moving): User 1 redirected to branch with topic. In right top corner "Unsubscribe" link is active. User still subscribed for topic and become subscribed for branch.
ER (for moving): User 1 redirected to topic. In right top corner "Subscribe" link is active. User unsubscribed for topic. 

AR (for deleting): User 1 redirected to branch where was topic. In right top corner "Unsubscribe" link is active. User 1 become subscribed for branch.
ER (for deleting): User 1 redirected to branch where was topic. In right top corner "Subscribe" link is active.
