Notification email for actions on posts doesn't contain "unsubscribe" link

      Description

      There is no "unsubscribe" link in notification emails for actions on posts in topics, Q&A for adding/deleting coment/answer actions and Code Rewiew for adding comment action.

      Preconditions:

      1. 2 registered users, at least one branch and at least one topic in it
      2. User1 and User2 has permissions: VIEW_TOPICS, CREATE_POSTS, CREATE_CODE_REVIEW, LEAVE_COMMENTS_IN_CODE_REVIEW, DELETE_OWN_POSTS, and CREATE_QUESTIONS

      Steps to reproduce (e.g. adding comment in topic):

      1. login as 2 registered users in to JCommune in different browsers.
      2. subscribe as User1 to existing topic.
      3. as User2 add comment to topic

      AR: User1 received notification email without "unsubscribe" link.  
      ER: User1 received notification email with "unsubscribe" link
