"Edit" link in External link editor is not highlighted when focus is moved via [Tab]

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. User with Admin permissions for Forum component is logged in
      2. Open 'External link editor'
      3. Press [Tab]

      Actual result: The "Edit" button isn't highlighted when focus moves on it.
      Expected result: The "Edit" button is highlighted when focus moves on it.
