"Edit" button is present without "EDIT_OWN_POSTS" permissions

Preconditions:
"Test user" has "VIEW_TOPICS", "CREATE_POSTS", "EDIT_OWN_POSTS" permissions for "New branch"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open jcommune -> Login as a "Test user"
2. Create "New branch" -> Create "New topic"
3. Close "New branch"
4. Restrict "CREATE_POSTS", "EDIT_OWN_POSTS" permissions for "New branch" for "Test user"
5. Go to "New branch" -> "New topic"

AR: "Edit" button is present
ER: "Edit" button is absent

Notes: "Edit" button disappears after reload the page
