      Description

      Preconditions
      Topic1 is created earlier than Topic2

      Steps to reproduce
      1. User adds Post2 to Topic1
      2. User deletes Post2
      3. User opens recent activity (or branch) page

      Actual result
      Topic1 is higher in list than Topic2

      Expected result
      Topic1 should be lower in list than Topic2

      Note
      Issue is reproduced for standart topics and Q&A
