Q&A closed topic with no updates has yellow icon

Preconditions:

1. You should have a Branch with created Q&A Topic.
2. Assign VIEW_TOPICS and CLOSE_TOPICS permissions to your User in this Branch.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to Forum as User if you were logged out.
2. Open created Q&A topic in Branch and press "Close" button.
3. Return to the Branch.

Actual results: You can see yellow icon for closed Q&A topic without updates near the topic.
Expected results: You should see grey icon for closed Q&A topic without updates near the topic.
