Preconditions:
- Assign VIEW_TOPICS and CREATE_TOPICS permissions to your User in Branch.
Steps to reproduce:
- Login to Forum as User if you were logged out.
- Go to selected Branch and press "New topic" button.
Actual results: "Topic title" field of topic creation window is longer than display width and horisontal scroll bar appears.
Expected results: "Topic title" field should be not longer than display width. No horisontal scroll bar should appear.
Bug is reproduced for all Topic types, only for display width resolution between 481 and 767 px.
The same bug is reproduced for topic edit window.
