Preconditions:

1. You should have a Branch on Forum with created Q&A topic wiith answer.
2. Q&A plugin should be enabled.
3. Assign View_Topics and Create_Posts permissions to your User in this branch.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to Forum if you were logged out.
2. Go to Branch and open Q&A topic.
3. Change display width resolution to 320 px
4. Overview "Add your comment" block for question and answer.

Actual results: "Add your comment" text is overlapping comment block area both for question and answer.
Expected results: "Add your comment" text should fit comment block area.
