Possible to change the number of votes more than 2 via Fiddler

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Fiddler (link) and grab two requests of voting in the Q&A topic (grab vote up and grab vote down)
2. Select this two requests in Fiddler and repeat these pair of requests more than 100 times (set number of request by hitting SHIFT+R on the selected Web Session)

Actual result: Number of votes is changed more than 2
Expected result: Number votes dosn't changed and user receives a warning message: "Action temporarily impossible, because you have made too much of the same type of action lately"
