The name of current branch disappears in breadcrumbs after validation during creating new topic

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1.Login to Forum as User1
      2. Go to any branch
      3. Click button to create New Topic
      4. Click button "Save" without filling all fields

      Actual result: Branch name disappeared in breadcrumbs
      Expected result: All path of breadcrumbs should be visible

      Note:

      • Bug reproduces also in 2.14 version
      • The same trouble in Code Review and Q&A topics

            Regression tests:

            Save new topic PASS
            Save new code review PASS
            Save new Q&A topic PASS

            AR=ER = All path of breadcrumbs should be visible
