Preconditions:
- You should have a branch with created Q&A topic with an answer
- Assign VIEW_TOPICS permissions to your User in the Branch.
Steps to reproduce:
- Login to Forum as User if you were logged out.
- Select Ukrainian localization for Forum.
- Go to created Q&A topic.
- Overview tooltip text for Vote Up and Vote Down buttons for question and answer.
