Reaching limit of answers in Q&A topics "Answer" button doesn't disappear

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1.Login to Forum as User1
      2. Go to some Q&A topic or create it
      3. Add 50 answers (you can use fiddler)
      4. Try do add 51 answer by clicking on "Answer" button

      Actual result: After pressing "Answer" button nothing happens. No error message about reaching limit of answers.
      Expected result: After reaching limit of answers the "Answer" button disappears
