Internal server error in RSS page occurs after typing post with special symbols

      Description

      Precondition: User should be logged in and has CREATE_POSTS permission.
      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create post in any branch with special characters (e.g. "�������").
      2. Go to main page and click on RSS icon.

      AR: Page with "HTTP Status 500 - Request processing failed; nested exception is org.jdom.IllegalDataException: The data "�������" is not legal for a JDOM character content: 0xf is not a legal XML character." opens.
      ER: RSS page with last posts opens.

            1. Create post with special characters (������� ♠♣♥♦)
            2. Open RSS page

            AR = ER: RSS page with last posts (including post with special characters) is shown.
            Test result: Issue can be closed.
