On main page block "Who is online?" should show actual information such as:
1. Total count of messages on the forum
2. Total count of registred user's accounts
3. List of registered users who is online now
4. Number of online users (separately for registered and anonymous)
Design of this block had developed before, and now it needs to fill it with functionality.
