Impossible to change(add/delete) personal permissions via Poulpe

      Description

      Precondition:
      Usergroup which contains User should be created in poulpe. Usergroup shouldn't be in 'Restricted'. User shouldn't be a member of other usergroups (which might be in 'Allowed' or 'Restricted').

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. In poulpe (http://qa.jtalks.org/poulpe/, http://preprod.jtalks.org/poulpe/) open Users -> Personal permissions page.
      2. Add group which contains User to "Allowed" in SEND_PRIVATE_MESSAGES, EDIT_OWN_PROFILE, EDIT_OTHERS_PROFILE.
      3. Delete group which contains User from "Allowed" in SEND_PRIVATE_MESSAGES, EDIT_OWN_PROFILE, EDIT_OTHERS_PROFILE.

      AR: User doesn't get/lose permissions after steps 2, 3.
      Upd: personal permissions is changed in a 1-2 day delay. Presence or absence usergroup in 'Allowed' doesn't impact to permissions appearing/loss (i.e., adding/deleting permissions to user that hadn't permission before, leads to appearing permission after 2 days, despite user's usergroup isn't in 'Allowed' at this moment. Also deleting/adding permissions to user that had permission before, leads to disappearing permission after 2 days, despite user's usergroup presents in 'Allowed' at this moment.)
      ER: User gets appropriate permissions after step 2 and lose them after steps 3.
